Understanding Our Service Stages
To understand our refund policy, it helps to know how our service works:
- Payment & Project Setup: You complete payment and provide photos and personalization details.
- Scene Generation: Our AI generates individual scenes based on your photos and preferences.
- Scene Approval: You review and approve each scene. You may request one regeneration per scene if needed.
- Final Video Assembly: Once all scenes are approved, we assemble your final video with music, effects, and transitions.
- Video Delivery: Your completed video is delivered via download link and email.
Refund Eligibility
100% Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Before Generation Starts: If you cancel your order before any AI generation begins (before scene generation starts).
- Technical Failures: If our service experiences a technical failure that prevents your video from being generated or delivered.
- Quality Issues After Regenerations: If you have used all available scene regenerations and are still unsatisfied with the quality before final video assembly begins.
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver your completed video within the promised timeframe due to our error.
50% Partial Refund
You are eligible for a 50% partial refund if:
- Generation has started (scenes have been generated) but you cancel before final video assembly begins.
- You decide not to proceed after reviewing generated scenes, even if you haven't used all regeneration options.
No Refund
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- After Final Video Assembly Begins: Once you have approved all scenes and final video assembly has started, no refunds are available.
- After Video Delivery: Once your completed video has been delivered and is available for download, no refunds are available.
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after the video has been completed and delivered.
- AI Likeness Quality: Our AI-generated likenesses are created using advanced technology, but perfect accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Minor variations in likeness quality do not qualify for refunds unless the quality is significantly below our standards.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase or the date you first became aware of the issue:

- Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor, to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. Typically, refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
- If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If the card is no longer active, please contact us for alternative arrangements.
- Once a refund is processed, your project and associated video will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.
Special Circumstances
Duplicate Charges
If you notice a duplicate charge on your account, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any duplicate charges.
Unauthorized Charges
If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and your payment provider to resolve the issue.
Service Interruptions
In the event of extended service interruptions or outages that prevent you from completing your video, we will offer appropriate refunds or service credits at our discretion.
