Most videos are ready in 2-5 minutes. You'll get an email when it's done, so you can keep browsing.
What if it doesn't look like them?
You approve the AI likeness BEFORE we create your video. If it's not right, upload different photos and try again - no charge.
Can I download and share it?
Yep! Download the video file or share a link. It works on any device.
What if I'm not satisfied?
100% refund if you're not happy with the final result. No questions asked.
Do I need to create an account?
Nope! Just upload, create, and go. We'll email you a link to access your video.
How long do I have access?
Your video link works for 30 days. Download it right away to keep it forever.

What makes a good photo?
For best results, use a photo with:
- Clear view of the face (front-facing or slight angle)
- Good lighting (natural light works best)
- High resolution (not blurry or pixelated)
- Neutral expression works best
- Minimal obstructions (no sunglasses, hats covering face)
How does pricing work?
Each personalized video costs $14.99. There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, or recurring charges. You pay once per video and can download it immediately after creation.
Can I make changes after creation?
You can approve or regenerate the AI likeness before creating your video. Once the video is generated, you can change the background music. For other changes, you would need to create a new video.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your photos are encrypted at rest and in transit. Source photos are deleted after your video is rendered or within 7 days. Generated videos are available for 30 days, then automatically deleted. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
What video formats are supported?
Videos are delivered in MP4 format, compatible with all devices and social media platforms. Videos are typically 25-30 seconds long with background music.
